DetailsThis is a stunning hat feature Spanish style boater in Teal felt with a velvet hat band and silver,diamante & pearl brooch. Due to the shallow crown this does have a hat elastic to help secure please advise of hair colour prior to purchase so i can add the hat elastic accordingly
