CUSTOMER SERVICE
We at hats2go are committed to providing a high standard of personal service to all of our customers.If there are times where you do not feel we have lived upto this please do not hesitate to contact us and share your views with us either by letter or email or via our contact page.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
The acceptance of your completed order with hats2go does not take place until your order has been dispatched from our workshop. We will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control which can cause delay or failure to deliver your order.
all orders remain the property of hats2go until all payments have been received failure to pay in full for your order will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will be retianed to cover out all of pocket expence
once your order has been placed and confirmed if payment is not received within 7 days a service charge of £25 must be paid to cover out of pocket time and materials
DELIVERY
If your order is Bespoke then a 14-21 day delivery is the only option,When the merchandise is instock in our workshop then orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.All orders are sent via 1st class recorded or guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm depending on postage paid.
if your item has been returned to hats2go due to failed delivery or non collection from royal mail sorting office or courier depot your item will be held by us until re-payment of postage has been recieved by the customer for re-delivery (if this has delayed your item then we will not be held responsible and we will not refund your order)
RETURNS
You have 7 days from reciept of your order to return the item back to us(this must be pre-arranged with hats2go and proven to have not been worn), the order must be returned in the orginal condition and packaging and returned by ist class recorded or guarenteed next working day or courier which ever method it was sent to you at cost to yourself.Once we have received your returned order in perfect unworn condition,your money will be refunded minus your postage costs using the same method by which you paid. bespoke/special orders are exempt from the returns and refund policy
